Penza, 18 September 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city head Victor Kuvaytsev thanked the builders working on the new apartment buildings for people scheduled to move from dilapidated housing after personally visiting the construction zone in Zarya residential area.

“Visited Zarya construction area at about 7am. Work underway. My thanks to builders,” he wrote in his Twitter.

Victor Kuvaytsev decided to monitor the construction works personally after the process had fallen behind the schedule earlier, the press service of the Penza city Duma informed PenzaNews agency.

According to current information, the parties involved in the construction have already taken all necessary measures to complete the buildings on schedule and formed a special center to answer the relevant questions and monitor the process further.
