The event will also be dedicated to the issue of legal management over the free legal services and its practices throughout Russia.

Elena Rogova plans to use her time in Saratov to visit the next meeting of the coordination council for ombudsmen in the Volga Federal District, where they will discuss the issues of cooperation between ombudsmen and civil supervision committees along with the federal Penal Committee offices on protecting the rights of the prisoners, says the press service of the Penza region government.
