Penza, 29 September 2015. PenzaNews. MegaFon begins offering its customers, including those living in the Penza region, packages of incoming and outgoing phonecall minutes for trips abroad – a convenient option to escape unexpected expenses and reduce roaming charges by up to 3 times.
“We see that the numbers of our customers activate optional services when traveling abroad, and therefore we continue to work on improving our roaming-related offers to help our clients remain in close contact with their relatives even thousands of kilometers away from home,” Leonid Savkov, marketing director at MegaFon, pointed out.
The optional service “Internet Abroad” allows customers to obtain an online access package they need at a fixed price, he explained.
“Moreover, recently we have disabled activation fees for our most popular optional service among those who travel abroad, ‘All the World.’ And as for those who need to make and receive calls while in roaming zone, we have prepared ‘Minute Packages.’ This is a unique offer for the mobile market, and this is a very good opportunity to stay on the phone as usual and remain in touch with your relatives even when far away,” he stressed.
The optional services “Minute Packages” are available for all tariff plans and active in all countries of the world, the press service of the Penza branch for MegaFon told PenzaNews agency.
“They cost as low as 329 rubles, depending on your travel route and the call minutes included. With this optional service, 1 minute of phonecall abroad will cost from 10.5 rubles. Our clients can buy packages of 25 and 50 minutes of incoming and outgoing calls, valid for 30 days since the moment of activation,” the company representatives clarified.
According to MegaFon, the new offer was based on the results of roaming phonecall duration analysis, which averaged at 25 to 50 minutes of speaking per a single trip.
“You may activate your package of choice in any way convenient for you: online in your personal account, by texting 05001035, or by dialing *116# or *105*1035#,” the press service informed.
