The sub-program “Capital Construction for Objects of Property in Penza Region” for 2015 has allocated 18.9 million rubles for first-tier reconstruction works, including 1.7 million for project drafting and 17.2 million for construction proper.

The auction listing for a subcontractor supplier of monolithic floor slabs and roofing has already been posted to the government procurement website and is due to begin on October 15.

The first-tier construction works are scheduled to complete this December, says the press service of the Health Ministry in the Penza region.
