After the APF activists inspected the dilapidated house on Molodaya Gvardiya street, Nikolai Nikolaev was approached by a group of fire victims led by Sergei Agapov, who learned about the arrival of the APF expert from the media, and asked to take up monitoring the repairs of the apartment building.
In his turn, Nikolai Nikolaev said he already knew of the situation, and advised the fire victims to take note of all activities over the house due for repair, including addresses to various authorities and replies they receive, and subsequently submit this information to the APF regional headquarters.
“They will give you hints there,” he added.
According to the head of the center “People’s Inspection,” following all procedures is vital for such a critical process.
“So if you make a request somewhere, do it correctly,” Nikolai Nikolaev stressed.
