Penza State University holds adaptation procedures for foreign students

Penza, 2 October 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza State University has held a series of adaptational measures for foreign freshmen coming from India, Jordan, Yemen, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan.
Each national group met representatives of the International Education Department administration, as well as foreign seniors from their countries that will assist the newcomers during their first year at the university.
The fellow students helped them get acquainted with the PSU statute, and showed them a presentation about the university, rules of residence, and upcoming mass cultural events.
Moreover, the student assistants together with the Penza Region Foreign Students Association held a quest game “Welcome to Russia!”
On October 7, PSU will organize a concert for the foreign freshmen dedicated to the beginning of the new course of studies, the press service of the university informed PenzaNews agency.
