Penza, 3 October 2015. PenzaNews. As of Monday, October 12, Penza citizens will be able to summon a district doctor for a home visit via a unified phone line by calling 130, or +7 (8412) 42-30-29.

“Introducing a unified phone line solves many objectives. Firstly, it is going to be a dedicated multi-party phoneline, and reaching it would be much easier than the registration office of a local clinic. This solves the issue of finally putting a call through to summon a doctor,” Oksana Chizhova, acting deputy Minister of Health in the Penza region, explained.

She also expressed her belief that the launch of the unified phone line will improve public satisfaction ratings for medical services.

According to her, the project features custom software for the task.

“The time, duration and content of incoming calls will be constantly monitored. We will be able to analyze the situation online immediately,” Oksana Chizhova pointed out.

Five phone operators will be managing the line to ensure its streamlined functionality. At present, the medical specialists of hospitals and clinics are undergoing the necessary training, says the press service of the Health Ministry in the Penza region.
