The high quality of Russian education is upheld by the skills and the energy of the teachers, along with ever-present search for more effective forms and methods of education, he added.

“You bear enormous responsibility, as it is the teachers who determine the success of our children in studies and in life. And the talented pedagogues of the Sura land succeed in this grand task. Thank you for your inspired work, your lifelong dedication to the job. I wish you sound health, prosperity and happiness!
