Penza, 6 October 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region has received over 3.6 billion rubles from various budgets and sources for implementation of social support measures over the first nine months of 2015.

“It is notable that 57% of the sum comes from the Penza region budget,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor informed PenzaNews agency.

According to them, the Penza region provides monetary social support to veterans of labor, disabled persons, honorary blood donors, victims of technological accidents and catastrophes, soldiers and disabled of the Second World War, rehabilitated persons, high-skilled professionals living in villages, and families with children.

“Over 420,000 people timely receive it if they are eligible for social support,” they stressed.
