Ivan Belozertsev heads bribery prevention coordination committee

Penza, 7 October 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev has headed the newly-created regional bribery prevention cooperation committee of 22 persons.
The committee’s deputy chairmen are Valery Savin, acting chairman of the Penza region government, and Larisa Ryabikhina, acting head of the gubernatorial and government staff office.
The committee also includes representatives from regional ministries, such as Mikhail Zelepukin, head of the Justice Ministry department; Oleg Troshin, head of the investigative department for the Investigative Committee; Igor Khvostikov, head of the Penza region FSB branch; and Natalya Kantserova, prosecutor.
Its member list also includes regional Legislative Assembly chairman Valery Lidin, Penza city head Victor Kuvaytsev and Kuznetsk city mayor Sergei Zlatogorsky.
According to its statue, the committee is created as a permanent coordination body that answers to the governor of the Penza region.
It cooperates with the Russian Presidential staff in bribery and graft prevention, as well as the Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District, local authorities, prosecutor’s office, civil organizations and unions.
