Penza, 13 October 2015. PenzaNews. A total of 1,412 children were born in families with three more more kids in the Penza region over the first nine months of 2015.

“This is 43 children more than in 2014 and 120 more than in 2013 at that date year-to-year,” the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Demographics of the Penza region informed PenzaNews agency.

Overall, according to the officials, 4,869 children were born in regional families since January 2013.

“A total of 4,322 people receive the monthly allowance of 6,541 rubles for the birth of a third and subsequent child until the child becomes three years old. A total of 242 million rubles were used for these purposes, including 144 million rubles from the federal budget,” the ministry clarified.
