Penza, 13 October 2015. PenzaNews. Maxim Kostyushin, PenzaNews agency photo reporter, was awarded a diploma of the regional stage for the 7th Russian security and human rescue festival “Constellation of Bravery,” in the category “Witness the Face of the Hero.” The award ceremony took place at the Penza multidisciplinary college on Tuesday, October 13.

In a welcoming speech at the opening of the event, Internal Service Major General Sergei Kozlov, head of the Penza region EMERCOM headquarters, thanked the firefighters and the rescue teams who risk their heads with every minute of their work.
“Today’s morning began with a fire. And that’s practically every our day, I’d say,” he pointed out.
Sergei Kozlov also expressed his gratitude to press reporters.
“No matter how hard we work, nobody would learn of what we do without professional reporting of the events,” he stressed.
During the ceremony, Alexei Davydov was named the best guard captain, Dmitry Nikulin the best firefighter, Anna Averyanova the best EMERCOM psychologist, Roman Knysh the best rescue worker, and Roman Khramov the best state fire inspection officer.
The 8th fire and rescue brigade of the 2nd Federal Board Guard troop in the Penza region was named the best firefighting team.
At the same time, Dmitry Gavrikov was named the best Crisis Management Center senior watch officer, Andrei Srednyakov won the title of the best regional Crisis Management Center emergency monitoring and forecast professional, and Alexander Prokhorov was distinguished as the best emergency and fire security committee head in the region.
The unified watch and dispatch service of the Nikolsk area was next to none in its category.
The chief medical officer of the federal cardiovascular surgery center Vladlen Bazylev was rewarded in a dedicated category, “Cooperation for Salvation.”
During the award ceremony, the doctor called it a reward not for him personally but for the whole medical team he represents.
“Doctors always work in teams. It is a cooperation of people, cooperation of ideas. You know the motto of Russian airborne assault force: ‘Nobody but us!’ We at cardiosurgery also follow this motto,” he said.
Afterwards, the chief of the Vazerki village detached post Alexander Cherushov was rewarded in the category “On Heart’s Calling.”
Moreover, school students Alexander Yeremin and Anton Shumkin received diplomas in category “Heroic Children.” They could not attend the event personally due to studies.
