Penza, 14 October 2015. PenzaNews. The police have detained a person who allegedly beaten a man, 31, found lying on the street by a Penza apartment building on Zavodskaya street with multiple injuries.

“A Penza citizen, 49, was detained on charges of dealing grievous bodily harm to another person. He admitted to beating the victim during a quarrel,” the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

The injured man was brought into hospital for the necessary treatment.

“An investigation is underway,” the police said.
