Workers doubled at Penza maternity center construction site

Penza, 16 October 2015. PenzaNews. The staff of construction workers involved at the construction site of a new maternity center for the Burdenko clinical hospital has doubled, from 100 to 203 persons.

Several organizations were subcontracted to perform certain duties.
“We plan to make up for the lost time as per our construction schedule,” announced coordination department deputy director of the Penza maternity center Boris Goglov.
According to Vladimir Khristolyubov, deputy Minister of Construction and Urban Amenities of the Penza region, the mess hall is already complete.
“We have placed and connected water and heating pipelines, gas pipelines and gas boiler room was built and checked. Heating is now supplied to the foundation of the maternity center building,” he clarified.
The head of the regional Ministry of Construction Alexander Grishaev holds check-ups at the construction site twice a day, at 7.00 and 19.00, the press service of the ministry told PenzaNews agency.
On October 8, 2015, the governor Ivan Belozertsev personally evaluated the slow construction of the maternity center and harshly criticized those responsible, demanding to hasten the works.
