Penza, 18 October 2015. PenzaNews. The police have solved a case of theft of an ECG recorder from an unlocked ER car in Nizhny Lomov of the Penza region.

“The investigation established that a local former convict, 34, was involved in the crime. He confessed to the deed. The stolen goods were seized,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

An investigation is yet to establish the whole picture of the incident, they added.
