Nikolsk, 19 October 2015. PenzaNews. The Rosselkhoznadzor officials have located 13 kg of dubious-quality chicken meat with the documents on its quality and food safety in a kindergarten in the Nikolsk area of the Penza region.

“The discovery was made during the routine check of the state institution,” Larisa Yakushkina, public relations officer of the Rosselkhoznadzor deparment in Mordovia and the Penza region, told PenzaNews agency.

The director of the kindergarten did not act on the lack of required documents and allowed it to be stored and used in children’s meals, she explained.

“As a result, the person responsible was fined,” Larisa Yakushkina added.
