Penza, 20 October 2015. PenzaNews. Almost 140,000 people – 86,000 children and 53,000 adults – have already received flu vaccine shots in the Penza region.

The vaccination campaign for adults is currently in progress, while children were vaccinated starting in August.

Presently, the incidence rate of acute respiratory viral infections and flu in the Penza region is 66.1% below the epidemic threshold.

There are no flu cases registered in the region at the moment, says the press service of the regional Health Ministry.
