Penza, 1 November 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region will hold a complete federal census for small and medium enterprises in the first half of 2016, in accordance with the gubernatorial decree signed by Ivan Belozertsev.

The executive authority bodies of the region and subordinate structures of the Penza region government are instructed to assist Penzastat in the census.

The decree also establishes an interdepartmental task force for census preparation and execution led by Valery Savin, acting chairman of the Penza region government.
