Penza, 31 October 2015. PenzaNews. A delegation from the Penza region will take part in the 2nd countrywide volunteers forum that will take place in Moscow on November 3-4.

The representatives of the region will include the contestants of “Volunteering at 70th Anniversary of the Victory” project: Elena Yeskina, English language teacher; Dmitry Kryukov, 11th class student in Kizhevatovo village school; Anton Salamatin, Penza State Technological University student, winner of the regional stage in the contest “Volunteer of Russia 2015” in category “Cultural Volunteering – Best Project”; and Kseniya Leksina, Penza State University student, winner of the regional stage for the contest “Festival of Volunteers 2015” in category “Best Voluneer at 70th Anniversary of the Victory.”

The delegation will be headed by Tatyana Shakhova, staff member of the Penza region multipurpose youth center.

The forum will feature panel discussions, dedicated exhibitions and roundtable meetings on the main fields of volunteer activity – social, event-oriented, medical, cultural, and emergency.

It will also feature the final gathering of the volunteer body for the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War, and an award ceremony for winners of the contest “Volunteer of Russia,” says the press service of the Penza region Education Ministry.
