Penza, 2 November 2015. PenzaNews. The prosecutor’s office of the Zheleznodorozhny area of Penza has uncovered violations of urban planning legislation during the construction of a new kindergarten on Izmaylova street, 56.

The audit that uncovered them was held together with representatives of the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction, Yulia Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the region in Media Relations, informed PenzaNews agency.

“It has shown the design documentation for the building’s construction was edited without conducting an expertise for the changes. If these changes are fulfilled during the construction, this may affect the building’s structural safety and security of the new kindergarten,” she explained.

According to her, the head of Capital Construction Department of Penza city and the general director of the company working at the construction site were warned against violating the current legislation.

“If they do not follow the requests of the prosecutor included in the warnings, they will be subject to penalties in accordance with the law,” Yulia Makarova said.
