Penza, 10 November 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city authorities plan to codify the borders for five forestry park zones in the residential area.

Following the general plan of the city, these will include the Arbekovo-Veselovsky forestry park in the central area; Bory and Podlesny in the northeastern area; and Semeyny and Akhunsky in the southeastern area.

The zones will be based on the currently existing forest zones within the city’s limit, with partial inclusion of additional forests into Penza general use park zone.

The city administration already began codifying and registering the new zones.

A city park directorate will be created to manage the development and control over the aforementioned forestry parks.

To create a comfortable city environment, the city officials plan to implement a complex of potential projects in communal, education, culture, transportation, architecture and other fields using the experience of other regions, says the press service of the Penza region government.
