Penza, 20 November 2015. PenzaNews. Valery Beslapov, acting deputy chairman of the Penza region government, is taking part in the technoparks gathering held in Moscow’s “Skolkovo” innovations center.

During the meet-up, representatives of innovative development institutions and relevant state bodies will be discussing and reviewing current issues in expansion and support for technoparks.

On the first day of the gathering, November 19, the main topic was the role of the state in creation of innovations infrastructure and government support measures for technoparks and industrial parks.

Several panel discussions and roundtable meetings were organized for the guests of the event.

The next day of the meet-up – Friday, November 20 – was dedicated to studying best cases of cooperation between technoparks and research institutions with institutes.

During the day, the guests of the event will review the current Technopark – University and Technopark – Research Institution cooperation models, such as the best examples from Finland, Turkey and Iran.

Moreover, they will discuss the best work cases with representatives of various target audiences in order to form resident teams for the technoparks and business incubators.
