The governor Ivan Belozertsev has congratulated the institute cadets, officers, and civilian personnel with their professional holiday, and pointed out that the missile forces and artillery served and continue to serve as a reliable shield for the country from the first days of its existence, protecting the calm and the peaceful labor in the country.

“Missile Forces and Artillery Day is another opportunity for us to bow heads to our dear veterans and their enormous struggle that helped the Soviet people win the Second World War,” stressed the head of the region.

Ivan Belozertsev also highly praised the expertise of the institute’s teaching staff, as well as the rigorous education discipline in the education institution.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you for thoughtful management of educational work, your great achievements in preparing officers and developing the military and artillery science,” the governor said.

Ivan Belozertsev also presented letters of gratitude to representatives of the institute with distinctions in their service to the Motherland, says the press service of the Penza region government.
