The woman in question applied for bankruptcy on her own.
However, her first request of November 23 was not accompanied by required documents, including information on her income, money withheld for taxes over the past 3 years, and her place of residence, and thus was left without action.
The required documents were later provided, and, following the October 29 definition, her bankruptcy request was put on review.
On Wednesday, November 18, she was assigned a five-month liquidation sale procedure and a bankruptcy commissioner.
“The debtor is to pay a reward of 10,000 rubles to the bankruptcy commissioner out of her own funds. The final session on finalizing the liquidation sale procedure will take place on April 18, 2016,” the press service of the Penza region Arbitration Court informed PenzaNews agency.
