He wrote that 398 people already joined the council, and civil experts are still sending application forms through e-mail and webform on the regional parliament website.
“We begin the first stage of our work: identifying and formulating the socially important current issues of the region. In 10 days, each expert will receive an example description of an issue field; they will use the example to describe other issues they see important,” Ivan Belozertsev explained.
As the expert council will function on a permanent basis, experts can describe and submit issues at any time and within any term, he clarified.
“We are always ready to receive your suggestions. You can use various sources, including websites (don’t forget links), to describe an issue. However, please refrain from sending us dissertation-sized letters that would need hours to read through. Remember: brevity is the sister of talent,” the governor pointed out.
The second stage of the expert council’s work will begin once a list of current issues is formed, the head of the region added.
