“At all times, the banking system serves as a reliable pillar of the state, facilitates solution of grandiose strategic tasks to ensure the financial policy is successful,” said the head of the region.

Ivan Belozertsev also stressed the current importance of preserving the trust to banks and national currency in the Russian society while strengthening the financial field on all fronts.

“I am convinced that your professional skills, encyclopedic knowledge, immense experience, determination and energy will help you continue to contribute to the dynamic development of the potential of our Fatherland,” the governor added.

He wished the bankers sound health, prosperity, happiness and successes in all plans.
