Penza, 2 December 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza CPRF activists – Dmitry Filyaev, Sergei Padalkin and Margarita Abramova – were fined 10,000 rubles each for organizing a march and a public rally to commemorate the 145th anniversary of Vladimir Lenin, announced Sergei Padalkin, head of the Penza region CPRF committee press service, after the hearings that took place in the Penza city Leninsky area court on Wednesday, December 2.

“Dmitry Filyaev was named the organizer of April 22 march and public rally. Sentenced to fine of 10,000 rubles. Will be appealing. […] Abramova and myself found guilty of organizing April 22 march and public rally. Sentenced to 10,000 rubles fine, like Filyaev,” he wrote in his Twitter account.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, on 23 April 2015 the head of the Penza CPRF regional committee press service Sergei Padalkin and his assistant Margarita Abramova demanded to fire Alexander Artobolevsky from the Internal Policy and Mass Communications Department of the regional government due to his alleged involvement in administrative accusations against the Communists of unsanctioned event to commemorate the 145th anniversary of Vladimir Lenin
