Penza, 4 December 2015. PenzaNews. The traffic police of the Penza region have offered cooperation to individual businessmen and companies willing to work in towing, parking and returning cars towed for illegal parking.

To take upon the offer, a businessman or a company must own a parking lot of at least 100 spaces that can take trucks, including those carrying dangerous or large-scale cargo.

Another requirement is ownership of town trucks, preferably with vertical load, as well as 24/7 security and lightning.

“To submit your request for the offer, please address your local police departments,” the press service of the Penza region traffic police informed PenzaNews agency.

All legislation related to towing, storing and returning of detained vehicles can be found in the Penza region law No. 2218 dated 4 April 2012, they added.
