Penza, 5 December 2015. PenzaNews. Snow playgrounds will appear in the Penza children’s park and the Belinsky central park.

The playground construction in the children’s park is scheduled to begin on December 26, the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews agency.

“Moreover, to facilitate thoughtful recreation and create the conditions for active and healthy rest for our citizens, we have signed the decree ‘On Management of Winter Recreation Activities for Penza Citizens in 2015-2016.’ Following the decree, we are currently preparing the necessary sports grounds – hockey rinks and ski tracks,” the city hall added.

There are currently 39 hockey rinks in Penza city, the press service reminded.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the central snow playground in Penza will appear on Lenina square, along with a skating rink. The construction works began on December 1; the city crews plan to open it by December 10, if the weather conditions are favorable.
