Penza, 8 December 2015. PenzaNews. A New Year ball will take place in the foyer of the second floor in “Penza” cinema and concert hall on Saturday, December 26.

The music will be played by the soloists and the crew of the gubernatorial symphonic chapel, led by the Distinguished Worker of Arts of Russia Vladimir Kashirsky.

Traditional yuletide music will be intermixed with waltzes, mazourkas and tangos. As per the New Year tradition, the crowd will be accompanied by Grandfather Frost and the Snow Maiden.

The entry will be open for visitors 18 or older dressed appropriately for the ball.
