McDonald’s plans to open its third fast food restaurant in Penza
Penza, 14 December 2015. PenzaNews. The McDonald’s fast food chain plans to open another restaurant in Penza, which will be located in Arbekovo residential area on the intersection of Stroiteley prospekt and Ternopolskaya street.

The new restaurant will be the company’s third in Penza. There are currently two McDonald’s restaurants operating in the city. Both of them are located in the downtown – on Lenina square and on Suvorova street.
The building in Arbekovo residential area that will house the new restaurant is currently undergoing repairs, with construction crews working even in late hours. They have already installed the signature McDonald’s emblem on a tall metal pole nearby, which can be easily seen from afar.
Moreover, the company is currently recruiting staff for the new branch.
McDonald’s has over 520 fast food outlets throughout Russia. Its first restaurant in the country opened on 31 January 1990 on Pushkinskaya square in Moscow.
According to company’s reports, in 2014, 20 Russian restaurants were ranked among the McDonald’s top 100 worldwide in sales volumes, and 25 were also included in the company’s top 100 in overall order quantities.
