Penza, 23 December 2015. PenzaNews. The abnormally warm weather in the Penza region will change on Monday, December 28.

According to the weather forecast, the weather will dip below 0°C at night into Monday and settle at -5°C in the morning, as the warm western wind will be replaced by the cold northern breeze.

Later on, the New Year night will be mostly clear, with no snowfall, -5…-7°C.

Earlier, the weather forecast promised the Penza region a freezing New Year night with 20…-25°C; however, the meteorologists changed their opinion later on.
