Penza, 29 December 2015. PenzaNews. The new branch of the Penza kindergarten No. 4 “Solnyshko,” located on Antonova street, 45A, that will be able to admit 400 children, has opened in an official ceremony held on Tuesday, December 29.

Its construction began 2 years ago, and originally proceeded with a delay; however, the location was opened exactly on time – right before the end of 2015.

The building has beautiful playing and sleeping rooms, a music and physical education room, a swimming pool, and medical, study and mess halls, said the governor Ivan Belozertsev during the opening event.

He thanked all who contributed to the kindergarten branch construction, including the subcontractors who took the responsibility to complete the troubled construction process.

“With this location opening, the GPZ-24 residential area kindergarten demand will be fully satisfied,” the head of the region stressed.

Ivan Belozertsev also added that the Penza region authorities plan to begin constructing new schools starting in 2016, says the press service of the regional government.
