“I believe that we all will be meeting this beautiful holiday only with hopes for good change. And this belief will be based on the fruitful results of the passing year,” stressed the head of the region.

He thanked the Penza region citizens for selfless work, ever-present loyalty to their native land, all everything they do for the happiness of their children and grandchildren, as well as for the sake of the region’s future.

“The shape the year of 2016 will take depends only on us – on our perseverance and energy, on our wish to put in all our strength, knowledge and skills for prosperity of the Fatherland,” the governor stressed.
