Penza, 31 December 2015. PenzaNews. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has addressed a congratulation with the New Year holiday and Orthodox Christmas to the Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev and all citizens of the region.

In particular, the head of state in his holiday address wishes for the year of 2016 to become a lucky one for every person living in the region and their relatives.

“We always meet these holidays with the kindest of feelings, sincerely wish one another success, health and prosperity, make plans for the future. And sincerely believe for all wishes to come true,” Vladimir Putin stresses.

The Russian Government chairman Dmitry Medvedev also has sent a New Year address to the governor Ivan Belozertsev.

“These holidays unite different generations, create a unique atmosphere, give us the warmest feelings and the best mood. In the passing year, we felt sincere happiness over our successes, overcame obstacles together, strived to achieve new,” the Prime Minister notes.

He wishes the year of 2016 to become a successful, prosperous and happy year for all people living in the Penza region and the whole Russia.
