The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev instructed the responsible officials to strictly control the timeline process of apartment building construction in Zarya residential area. The statement was made during the external meeting held on Wednesday, January 6.

The meeting also involved the vice-mayor Irina Shirshina and representatives of subcontractors.

The companies plan to complete five apartment buildings with 325 flats in June 2016, the press service of Penza city administration told PenzaNews agency.

“We also plan to complete the program to provide housing to orphans – construction of three apartment buildings 50 flats each. One of them is to be ready to open in January, the other two will follow by this June,” the city hall clarified.
