Penza, 9 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza real estate producers plan to complete the three apartment buildings in Zarya residential area, designed for orphans and children abandoned by parents, by June 1. The buildings will have a total of 150 flats.

Moreover, the aforementioned group will also receive 24 flats in the newly-built houses in Shuist residential area under the dilapidated housing moving program, the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews agency.
On Saturday, January 9, the Penza city administration held a meeting session to discuss the progress of social support measures for orphans and children abandoned by parents. During the session, the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev reminded that the originally stated deadlines must be observed.
Moreover, he asked the relevant officials present at the meeting, including the Penza region Minister of Construction and Communal Affairs Alexander Grishaev and the city administration deputy head Irina Shirshina, to pay particular attention to the issue and monitor it closely.
