Penza, 14 January 2016. PenzaNews. “The [reconstruction] project has been nurtured for a long time, it was a topic of many discussions. The issue continued only because the governor [of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev] gave the order,” noted the city administration head.

According to him, the main result of the project presentation held on January 6 is the fact it helped learn the opinions of the best architects of the region on the development of the embankment area.

“There are several issues in the field. Because of that, we set up a public discourse platform on the city hall website,” Victor Kuvaytsev reminded, and urged everybody to submit their proposals.

“As for attracting investors, there is no doubt we are relying on them. In my opinion, a separate investor for every proposed project would be good,” he stressed.

Currently, one of the primary goals is to complete the work with owners of buildings in the area from the Bakuninsky bridge to “Bochka” restaurant, Victor Kuvaytsev said.
