Penza, 16 January 2016. PenzaNews. The random checks of departments and offices under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Demography of the Penza region, conducted by its head Evgeny Troshin, caused a disturbance among the officials working in the social field.

“Did not expect my visits to cause such an impact,” Evgeny Troshin noted in a message posted on is Facebook page.

He asked the heads of the subordinate departments and offices to remain calm and continue their work as usual.

“Dear colleagues, please do not discuss where am I going to visit next time. You won’t know it. Just work honestly and do the job like you should! Have a nice weekend, everyone!” the minister wrote.

Last Friday, on January 15, Evgeny Troshin visited the Nizhny Lomov orphanage for children with physical disabilities, and informed his social network circle about it afterwards.

Anna Kuznetsova, president of the charity foundation in support of family, motherhood and childhood “Pokrov,” head of the Association of Family Protection Organizations, saw familiar children on the photos and asked whether the institution has any problems with medical supplies.

“There were issues and delays,” she pointed out in the comment to the message by the Labor Ministry head.

Evgeny Troshin replied to her that “all is well, everything is under control.”
