Penza, 19 January 2016. PenzaNews. The bailiffs of the Penza region plan to send 1,828 citizens with over 10,000 rubles of debt that they will be facing driving rights limitations, announced the chief bailiff of the region Evgeny Pazechko, head of the Penza region branch of the Federal Bailiff Service, during the press conference held on Tuesday, January 19.

“Overall, these people have over 277 million rubles of various debts,” he clarified.

Describing the procedure in dealing with such debtors, Evgeny Pazechko pointed out that the enforcement proceedings institution act will be followed with a warning about possible driving rights limitations with a separate act.

“This act will be sent by the bailiff to administrants, the debtor, the recoveror and to the driving authorities such as the traffic police,” said the head of the Federal Bailiff Service department.

He added that the general instruction provides the debtor 5 days to voluntarily follow the court order; otherwise, he or she will be facing a driving rights limitation act.

“Currently – before the law entered into force – five debtors paid their debt in full, which is around 500,000 rubles. Three debtors already have the driving rights limitation acts issued against them, they have about 300,000 rubles of debt overall. In total, 348 people currently have received the warnings. We are currently working to make sure these warnings are given to each debtor in person,” he clarified.

Evgeny Pazechko explained that the debtors attempting to evade bailiffs will face both the driving rights limitation act and the wanted act, so they will not need to receive it in person.
