Penza, 24 January 2016. PenzaNews. The traffic police will be holding a preventive campaign “Safety Belt” in the Penza region on Monday, January 25.

“The police will check compliance to traffic laws that requires drivers and passengers to use safety belts. They significantly increase their survivability during the accidents and reduce level of injuries,” the press service of the Penza region traffic police department informed PenzaNews agency.

Those who do not use safety belts will be subjected to a fine of 1,000 rubles as per legislation, the traffic police reminded.
