Penza, 25 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev has addressed the students of the region with words of congratulation on Tatiana Day of Monday, January 25, also commonly known as Russian Students Day.

“My deepest congratulations to you with Russian Stduents Day – wonderful celebration of youth, daring ideas and initiatives! The Sura land is one of the recognized university centers of the state. The numbers of Penza students are growing each year, and I can proudly state that we have more and more talented youth,” Ivan Belozertsev noted.

It is young people who are developing the science and pushing the progress further worldwide, the governor reminded.

“Your ideas of today and tomorrow will be bringing great dividends to Russia and the Penza region. This is crucial even right now. We have a strategic objective ahead of us – to successfully implement the principles of import replacement, to create high-quality production that can satisfy the internal demand and conquer foreign markets. I believe you are able to take on this objective, and my belief bases upon your extensive knowledge, determination and energy, the responsibility for the present and the future of the Fatherland. I wish you sound health, prosperity, happiness and your greatest wishes coming true,” Ivan Belozertsev said.
