Penza, 28 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza “AntiAIDS” foundation, that was involved in support of city’s healthcare and public education, officially terminated its functions as a legal entity, announced its former president Sergei Oleynik, assisstant chief medical officer at the Penza dedicated clinical medical assistance center.

He confirmed the news by publishing the deregistration notice from the tax service using his Twitter account.

“Celebrating closure of one of Penza region’s oldest NCOs. Feeling satisfied and content now,” the doctor wrote.

“If you can do it better, go ahead, glory awaits!” Sergei Oleynik added.
