89 Penza families to receive housing improvement certificates in 2016
Penza, 30 January 2016. PenzaNews. A total of 89 Penza families will receive certificates for buying or improving their housing conditions with the birth of their first child in 2016.

The overall sum of payments will reach 29,192,000 rubles, with each affected family receiving 328,000 rubles.
However, 725 families still remain in the housing improvement queue at the present day.
The housing improvement program is open for legally married families with Russian citizenship and permanent residence in the Penza region, who are in need of housing. Moreover, their first child must be born within the first 12 months of marriage.
They can apply for a social payment by submitting a request and a package of required documents within 3 years after the birth of their first child.
A total of 639 families already improved their housing conditions between 2011 and 2015, the press service of the city administration reports.
