Penza, 30 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev recommended the authorities to meet with people more frequently.

According to him, ministers, heads of municipalities, and high-ranking officials of all levels need to hold citizen meetings more often, including on certain topics, to have a full understanding of the issues that concern the citizens.

“You must meet with people as often as possible, speak with them on their problems, find solutions, hold hotlines with the media, answer the questions,” Ivan Belozertsev said during the extraordinary meeting of the regional government on Saturday, January 30.

He also instructed to improve cooperation of various power structures, including with plenipotentiaries in the Penza region, says the press service of the regional government.
