Penza, 9 February 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region has begun accepting submissions for the regional film and slideshow festival for foster families “Happiness In Family: Before And After,” or “My Life, My Family, My Happiness.”

The submissions are accepted through April 30.

“The festival is open for foster families who did not take part in the previous contest and have at least three years of positive foster experience,” the press service of the Penza region Education Ministry told PenzaNews agency.

They added that the submissions must feature their reasons for becoming foster families, the ways the children had been adopted, the ways the husband and wife achieved an agreement on that topic, and the current lives of their foster children.

“Each family can submit a maximum of one work. The summing-up and award ceremony of the festival will take place on June 1,” the Ministry added.
