Penza, 11 February 2016. PenzaNews. A total of 73 drivers have been held administratively liable under Part 3, Art. 12.23 of the Administrative Code, “Violating the Rules for Transporting People,” after the campaign “Safety Seat to Children” held by the Penza region traffic police on Wednesday, February 10.

“No traffic accidents involving children on passenger seats were registered during the campaign,” the press service of the Penza region traffic police department told PenzaNews agency.

They pointed out that the police constantly warns drivers about using child safety belt devices and car seats when driving children on passenger seats.
