“Enormous debt, enormous problems. […] The subcontractors and co-founders from Moscow […] must return the resources they withdrew. Our main objective is to rejuvenate the Mortgage Lending Agency,” stressed the head of the region.

The company activities have been impounded and its accounts arrested in March 2015, Ivan Belozertsev pointed out.

“The most important thing is to make the companies that worked with the Agency understand they must return the resources they withdrew,” recapitulated the Penza region governor.

The Penza Region Mortgage Lending Agency, founded in December 2003, is the regional operator of the Housing Mortgage Lending Agency, created by the Russian government.

The Penza region is the majority owner of the Agency.

Before Evgeny Ryzhov, who on 3 December 2015 was appointed the general director of the Penza Region Mortgage Lending Agency, it had been headed by Veniamin Bochkarev – the nephew of the former governor Vasily Bochkarev who led the region from 1988 to 25 May 2015.
