Penza, 16 February 2016. PenzaNews. 304 newlywed families in the Penza region with their first child born within their first year of marriage received gubernatorial housing certificates in February.

“The certificates are issued under the state program ‘Social Support of Citizens In The Penza Region In 2014-2020.’ They are worth 328,000 rubles, and can be cashed to buy a new apartment or build a house,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Demography told PenzaNews agency.

Overall, the state program field received 100 million rubles for implementation of this field, they added.
