Penza, 19 February 2016. PenzaNews. An interregional mini-football tournament has started at “Rubin” sports palace on Friday, February 19. It is dedicated to law enforcement officers of the Penza region who lost their lives during thir service in the North-Caucasus region.

Reportedly, the event will bring together 40 teams made of the officers of regional FSKN, FSB, FSIN, FSSP, structural branches of the Ministry of the Interior department and the prosecutor’s office of the Penza and Saratov regions, Mordovia and Chuvashiya.

Moreover, children, women and veterans also will be taking part in the competition.

The tournament will take place in sports and recreaction complexes “Sputnik” and “Chayka,” in the Penza State University of Architecture And Construction, and the sports hall of “Rubin” sports palace.

The finals will take place at 9.00-13.00 of February 23 at “Sputnik” sports and recreation complex, says the website of the city sports committee.
